Studio 1 TV is one of Marshall's PEG (Public, Educational, and Government) channels. The goal of Studio 1 TV is to bring video coverage of local events to viewers not only here in Marshall, but to those who aren’t able to attend in person no matter their location via our free live web-streaming service. Local programming such as Marshall Area Chamber Community Connect, Tiger Talk, Senior Compass, Step into the Marsh, community events, city council and school board meetings can be viewed on Charter Channel 180 or Vast Channel 325.
- Studio 1 TV (Spectrum 180, Bluepeak 325) is the Public channel of Marshall's PEG (Public, Educational, Government) Channels. It is located at the SMSU Multimedia Production Facility. Other local channels include:
- Tiger TV/Marshall Sports (Spectrum 181, Bluepeak 326) is operated by Studio 1 and Marshall Public Schools staff. It is located at the SMSU Multimedia Production Facility. Marshall Sports and school based programming is broadcast on this channel.
- SMSU Media (Spectrum 188, Bluepeak 327) is located at and operated by Southwest Minnesota State University in the SMSU Multimedia Production Facility.

Alex Peterson is the manager of the Studio 1 program and a full-time employee of the City of Marshall. Alex earned his degree in Radio & Television broadcasting from Southwest Minnesota State University in 2007 and firmly believes that communication is key to building a great community.

Ryne Myhrberg is the manager of audio/video productions at the Red Baron Arena & Expo and is a full-time employee of the City of Marshall as well. Ryne earned his degree in Communication Studies: Broadcasting & Digital Media from Southwest Minnesota State University in 2015.
