R & G Construction Co. will be continuing construction activities on South 4th Street between Southview Drive and Elaine Avenue. The contractor will be closing the intersection of S. 4th Street and Elaine Avenue beginning on Monday, September 28th to allow for replacement of underground utilities in this area.
Construction on South 4th Street is anticipated to continue until November 2020. Please plan an alternate route and expect some traffic delays in the surrounding areas.
