The City of Marshall will receive bids at the City of Marshall’s Clerk’s Office located at 344 West Main Street, Marshall, Minnesota until 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 16, 2022 for the following:
350 Ton of #7 Rock Salt
Bid forms are available at the Office of the City Engineer located at 344 West Main Street, Marshall, MN 56258, telephone: 507-537-6773. Bid forms will be furnished upon request to any prospective bidder.
All bids are to be returned in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Salt Bid” on the outside.
The bids and the responsibility of the bidders will be considered by the City Council at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 344 West Main Street. Notification of award of bids will be no later than November 28, 2022.
Delivery of bid items is to start the week of December 5, 2022, or sooner. 250 ton of salt is to be delivered to the Marshall Street Department site located at 901 Oak Street by no later than December 30, 2022.
The City reserves the right to reject all bids.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least 30 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
