The City of Marshall is seeking applicants for the positions of Maintenance Worker to perform snow removal and other seasonal duties throughout the year. These positions provide a wide variety of manual to semi-skilled snow removal duties involving the municipal streets, airport, parks, trails, and other public works facilities. These positions are responsible to operate light equipment and trucks in the performance of snow removal and other seasonal duties. These are temporary positions with no benefits.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Valid MN Class B CDL License or higher.
  • One (1) year experience in operation of trucks and light equipment which may include: skid steer, plow truck, wheel loader, and salt truck.

All applicants must submit a City of Marshall application and supplemental questionnaire.These positions will require a criminal history background investigation and an alcohol and controlled substance test as a condition of employment.
