 The City of Marshall is accepting applications to establish a six-month eligibility roster and fill vacant full-time and part-time Police Officer positions.

 

Applicants must either be licensed or must be eligible for licensure by date of hire as a Peace Officer in the State of Minnesota and possess a valid Minnesota driver’s license, or have the ability to obtain one prior to employment.

Examination Dates

  • Written and Physical Agility Testing: Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
    • Qualified applicants will be notified of the written testing location shortly after the application closing date.
  • Oral Examination: tentatively March 14-15, 2019  
    • Oral examinations are by invitation only for the top scoring candidates.

Pay Range:  2019 pay range will be made available upon ratified labor agreement
                     2018 pay range:  $50,273.60 - $67,017.60 annually

Union Affiliation:  Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc.
