    Section 74-121. – Parking hours.
    a) It is unlawful for any person to stop, park or leave standing any vehicle upon any street for a continuous period in excess of 48 hours.
    b) It is unlawful for any person to stop, park or leave standing any vehicle upon any street which has been duly signposted prohibiting parking between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.

    Section 62-2. –Ice and snow on public sidewalks
    Declared a nuisance. All snow and ice remaining upon public sidewalks is hereby declared to constitute a public nuisance and shall be abated by the owner or tenant of the abutting private property within 12 hours after such snow and ice has ceased to be deposited.
