Kevin Dubs Community Connectors

Kevin Dubs Community Connectors
Our Community Connectors program is a resource for new residents to learn and engage in the Marshall community. Each new resident will be paired with a Community Connector who will provide insight and create a lasting connection to help your transition into the community.

This is also a great tool for employers who are looking to attract and retain a strong workforce. Through the recruitment process, employers are able to match potential candidates with Community Connectors who can help answer questions related to living and working in Marshall.

If you are new to community, feel free to take this brief survey to get connected to a community member eager to help: New Residents

If you are interested in becoming a Community Connector, take this brief survey to be added to our database: Community Connector

*You are not required to provide any information you are not comfortable sharing. If you would prefer a paper copy of the survey they are available at the Marshall EDA office located in City Hall at 344 W Main Street in Marshall.

What is a Community Connector?

A Community Connector is a Marshall resident who is willing to help new residents with their transition to the community. There is no time or financial commitment to participate, only the availability to answer questions or help lead the resident to resources is required. You will also be able to determine the best form of communication that accommodates your schedule. If you have question about becoming a Community Connector, contact lauren.deutz@ci.marshall.mn.us.
