Studio 1 TV is a division of the City of Marshall's Community Services department. Studio 1 TV is a public, educational, and government access center providing tools that enable community groups and individuals to communicate with one another via the television medium. The organization accomplishes this through a commitment to providing training, equipment, and access to programming time.
- Studio 1 TV (Charter 180, Vast 17) is the Public channel of Marshall's PEG (Public, Educational, Government) Channels. It is located at the SMSU Multimedia Production Facility. Other local channels include:
- Tiger TV/MARSH Sports (Charter 181, Vast 95/Digital 18) is operated by Studio 1 and Marshall Public Schools staff. It is located at the SMSU Multimedia Production Facility. MARSH Sports and school based programming is played back on this channel.
- SMSU Media (Charter 188, Vast 99/Digital 22) is located at and operated by Southwest Minnesota State University in the SMSU Multimedia Production Facility.

Alex Peterson is the manager of the Studio 1 program and a full-time employee of the City of Marshall. Alex earned his degree in Radio & Television broadcasting from Southwest Minnesota State University in 2007 and firmly believes that communication is key to building a great community.

Ryne Myhrberg is the manager of audio/video productions at the Red Baron Arena & Expo and is a full-time employee of the City of Marshall as well. Ryne earned his degree in Communication Studies: Broadcasting & Digital Media from Southwest Minnesota State University in 2015.
