RentalsTent, picnic table, and stage rentals are available through the City. Please fill out one of the downloadable PDF's and submit back to the Community Services Department for confirmation of availability.
Tent RentalsTent Rental Request Form (PDF)
Rental Cost:
Any damage to a tent will be billed accordingly to responsible party.
Customer is responsible for tent pick up, set up, take down and returning tent to the Parks Department during regular hours of operation.
Customer is responsible for calling the Gopher Hotline: 800-252-1166 prior to tent setup.
Picnic Table Rentals
Picnic Table Rental Request Form (PDF)
Rental Cost:
Marshall based for profit business or agency: $450 fee (includes set up/take down)
All others: $800 fee (includes set up/take down)
Additional Staging
40 x 24 ft. total stage dimension, includes basic unit with additional staging
Marshall based Non-profit business or agency: $500 fee (includes set up/take down)
Marshall based for profit business or agency: $700 fee (includes set up/take down)
All others: $1,600 fee (includes set up/take down)
Portable Stage Rental Request Form (PDF)
Rental Cost:
Use of the Portable Stage is limited to locations within the City of Marshall. Upon receipt of this request, the City of Marshall will determine if the Portable Stage can be provided on the date(s)requested. If so, payment will be required to hold the reservation. If the requested dates are unavailable, your organization will be notified at once. If you need additional information about the Portable Stage, please call (507) 537- 6786.
