MAC LIFEGUARDS
MAC lifeguards are responsible for the general supervision and safety of patrons of an aquatic facility by preventing and responding to emergencies. MAC Lifeguarding duties include giving advice on water safety to patrons, conducting swift water rescues, maintaining facility cleanliness and upkeep, and controlling unruly behavior if necessary. MAC Lifeguards also have the opportunity to become Learn-to-Swim Instructors.
Pay starts at $12.50 for lifeguards

American Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid Certification (or equivalent)

Ability to work on weekends and evenings

Ability to communicate rules and regulations with patrons

Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations

Excellent customer service skills

MAC attendants are responsible for running aquatic center slide, concession stand, and front desk. MAC attendants duties include checking in season passes and daily admissions, running the concession stand, dispatching riders on the water slide, and maintaining facility cleanliness and upkeep.
Pay starts at $11.50 for attendants
